1st/BD/BP

BROCKLAND BLACKADDER AT MALSVILLE

"Baldrick"

Very strong for age, good width of head, powerful foreface, neat ears. Shoulder could be better laid but he does turn his feet slightly out nicely from the pasterns. Strong body, powerful rear, gay happy boy who moves well all round. His dam was BOB. BD & BP.

2nd

BROCKLAND BRAYHEAD LAD

"Barney"

Similar outline & also appealed for head & general make & shape. Slightly longer than high. Nice bluish tinge to coat but he has been stripped out so is a bit naked at present. Moved nicely. Brother to winner, I see.

3rd

AMHARD CUT A DASH

1st

GERRARDSTOWN FREDERICK KNOCKROE

"Fred"

Very powerful underjaw & so strong in foreface, very good head, eyes a bit light in colour. Uses his ears well, tight at the elbows but moves a touch too close in front. Excellent body & hard double coat, powerful impressive hindquarters.

2nd

AMHARD BARLEY TWIST

"Selwyn"

Lacks width of jaw & is overweight. Lovely wheaten colour, good rise over loin, OK in rear, very straight in shoulders & has no upper arm slope.

1st & RBD

PAJANTICK SKY MASTERSON AT MALSVILLE

"Brando"

Hard coated strong dog, his muscle tone has to be felt to be believed, great head & strength of jaw, strong neck. OK in front & stands firmly in front. Excellent body & rear. Had his mind on other things moving but is sound enough. RBD.

2nd

JEONTY ROCK ON TOMMY

"Tommy"

Not the coat texture or strength of jaws of 1 but was putting more effort into moving. Good size & proportions, firm quarters, well set tail. Sire of BD.

 OPEN DOG ~ Entries: 2 ~ Absent: 1

1st

AMHARD APPLE JACK

"Jack"

Really good moving dog, true front for the breed, good free profile gait. Rear movement not perfect but good drive. Powerful impressive head, muzzle strong & tapering, pleasing pigment, good coat firm legs & feet. Topline could arch more over the loin.

 PUPPY BITCH ~ Entries: 4 ~ Absent: ?

1st

ABBERANN DELTA LADY AT NORRISS

"Oonagh"

A bit overweight perhaps. The most immaculate front with tucked in elbows, nice crook & feet slightly turning out giving a firm stance. Good head, soft topknot as yet, well bodied for ribbing & strong loin, good quarters, moved OK for age.

2nd

FIZZ OF ROMAINVILLE

"Fizz"

Much more like the dog puppy for type, which I liked but she needs to fill in the front & deepen a little more. Promising, lovely head & eyes, bouncy mover. By Rock On Tommy.

3rd

AMHARD BARLEY SUGAR

"Ethel"

 JUNIOR BITCH ~ Entries: 2 ~ Absent: 0

1st

DONVALESET BLUE CRYSTAL

"Rio"

Overweight & has a lot of soft head hair, muzzle too weak & topline runs up instead of a rise over the loin. Moved OK & behaved herself which is more than can be said for 2!

2nd

BRIAR ROSE OF ROMAINVILLE

"Rosie"

Powerful head & jaws, good shape & build. She was impossible moving & either choked, sidewinded or hopped. Yet again by Tommy.

 POST GRADUATE BITCH ~ Entries:2 ~ Absent: 1

1st

EMELDIR PRINCESS ASTRID

"Astrid"

Good size & type is OK, liked her head, good neck & tidy front, well off for bone, good topline. Rear could be better & her coat is lacking undercoat & could be harder. Moves out well.

 OPEN BITCH ~ Entries: 4 ~ Absent: 0

1st

BROCKLAND BRENNA ANNE

"Brenna"

Lovely type & quality, has substance without fat, strong head, well set eyes, excellent pigment, uses her ears well, good neck & neat front, well boned legs & working tight feet, excellent body & topline, carries her tail well & is a powerful mover. Back coat just coming in & is harsh but could do with another month or so. BOB

2nd

JEONTY GOLD LEADER AT BROCKLAND

"Dixie"

9 years young which was hard to believe. Still sound, good bite & large teeth, lovely head & real “Glen” expression, correct body & tail. Leg hair & head hair could be harder. Moved well all round. Mother of BOB. A treasure. RBB

3rd

ABBERANN MISS CONSTRU OF AMHARD

"Maggie"
