JEONTY WANNABE BUSTER JEONTY NATHAN DETROIT AT MALSVILLE

1st
JEONTY WANNABE BUSTER
"Buster"
You can certainly tell who his father is! At the moment very rangy and possibly needing a new coat. A very nice type with a nice free action. In a slow-maturing breed, has all the time in the world.

2nd
JEONTY NATHAN DETROIT AT MALSVILLE
"Frankie"
Slightly more compact type which is probably more my preference and handled well. Will need a new coat shortly and not so good behind as the winner.

BLUE BOY

1st
BLUE BOY
"Tommy"
Nice-headed youngster who shows some promise. Well handled by his young handler. Was perhaps a touch fine for a young dog.

AMHARD APPLE JACK PAJANTICK SKY MASTERSON AT MALSVILLE

1st
AMHARD APPLE JACK
"Jack"
Promising youngster who impressed me greatly on the move as he is very sound coming and going. Tail set spot on which gives him a lovely outline in profile movement. I thought he was very promising. Would perhaps prefer him a bit more tidied.

2nd
PAJANTICK SKY MASTERSON AT MALSVILLE
"Brando"
Super head, in fact one of the best heads of all the youngsters here. Good coat, well presented but would just prefer a bit more oomph and slightly better rear quarters.

KIRIKEE JUST FOLLOW SEAMUS JEONTY NATHAN DETROIT AT MALSVILLE JEONTY HONORABLE FARNSBARNE AT MALSVILLE

1st
KIRIKEE JUST FOLLOW SEAMUS
"Seamus"
Took my eye as soon as he came into the ring, such a lovely shape and in lovely bloom. Very showy and even at five years, still a little more finishing to do. Apart from one "if" I was greatly impressed.

Presented a nice picture. Unfortunately was a bit unsettled on the move and couldn’t match the winner’s beautiful head.

ZIPPOR DANDY'S BOY FOR BREGORREY
"Rory"
Another showy one in lovely bloom. Plenty of power and substance with this one, liked him a lot and he put up a good show in the Dog Challenge to finish Reserve Best Dog.

2nd
MALSVILLE PINES ODOACER
"Ace"
In very good nick with a very nice outline. Would prefer slightly better tail set.

FIRE & ICE DINO OF JEONTY ABBERANN TYRONE ABBERANN AUGHRIM BOY

1st
FIRE & ICE DINO OF JEONTY
"Dino"
I judged him at Leeds a couple of years back when he was quite raw. Is now growing up a bit and is a flashy type and showy. Moves well behind and still has some maturing to do. Could do with a slightly harsher coat. Is still quite rangy.

2nd
ABBERANN TYRONE
"Tyrone"
More compact than winner and OK in front with a nice coat. Moved a bit close behind, which was the deciding factor.

3rd
ABBERANN AUGHRIM BOY
"Finn"

JEONTY LITTLE SOLDIER KIRIKEE AVONBEG MISCHIEF MAKER JEONTY TINKER BOY MURPHY AT BROCKLAND

1st, BD & BIS
JEONTY LITTLE SOLDIER
"Soldier"
Was my Best of Breed when I judged at Crufts in 2000 and my opinion of him hasn’t changed. Bang on for shape, very much my type. Super outline, sound as they come. Still looking good, demonstrating that they are late maturers, but how they last. Best Dog and Best in Show.

2nd
KIRIKEE AVONBEG MISCHIEF MAKER
"Brogan"
These Glens really do last. Still looks like a youngster and certainly takes the eye with his type. Unfortunately tends to hop a bit on the move, otherwise would have pushed the winner closer.

3rd
JEONTY TINKER BOY MURPHY AT BROCKLAND
