Walk with Gloria and John

Gloria and John Carr came to the UK to see the sights and to catch up with relatives ... they also visited us for a "Glen fix"! They arrived at our house around midday ... we had a cuppa and a chat, introduced our son Freddie, and the Glens ... watched a bit of puppy video footage and admired Rory and Breege doing their synchronised Glen sit-ups!

We then drove out to a little pub a few miles into the countryside and indulged in some rather tasty "pub grub"! Afterwards, we went to the South Downs and enjoyed a lovely walk along the Downs Link. The weather was absolutely glorious ... we couldn't have asked for better!

All good things have to come to an end, though ... and the inevitable farewells came all too soon. Still, we have a few photos to remind us of a really enjoyable day!
